Mendip 5 claret enamel is a traditionally hand enamelled stove. The multi-coat enamel process creates a deep glossy colour which cannot be achieved through traditional stove paints. The final finish is long lasting and easy to clean. The vibrant claret enamel surface looks great in both modern and traditional settings.
The Mendip 5 Multifuel stove has real character, Our designers created a compact design with a strong fully welded body, cast iron door, cast iron convection top plate completed with quality milled stainless steel handle and controls. Each detail was considered carefully before being added to the design in order to improve burn, strength and looks.
The combustion system has three air supplies, Secondary / air wash for cleaner glass and combustion, Tertiary air for improved efficiency and cleaner flue gases, Primary for combustion of registered solid fuels. The chamber is insulated with 30mm panels, has a steel baffle, and a tough cast iron riddling grate.
